About Me

Hi. I’m Allison Lips, a sophomore RTF/Journalism double major at Rowan University. I have taken 4 honors courses: Honors Comp I and II, Honors Film History I, and Honors Songs of Protest, Songs of Praise. Some of the honors activities participate in are the creative writing club, the book club, and monitoring the honors lounge. The honors concentration has provided me with opportunities to go to the Franklin Institute, see The Lion King at the Kimmel Center, and go to DC to speak with Senator Robert Menendez’s environmental advisor and Congressman Frank LoBiondo about global warming.

When I am not in class I can usually be found doing something with RTN. Currently, I am the script supervisor for Up All Night, which was formerly a late night talk show and is now a sitcom in the style of The Larry Sanders Show or 30 Rock, and a camera person for the game show Pop Quiz.
